Poppy + Pot Classes
Pottery Workshops
$95 (plus Eventbrite fees)
The intro classes are intended for those that want to try throwing pottery on the wheel. No experience necessary. There will be 30ish minutes of demonstration then the instructor will supervise as students make a bowl and then are free to throw another item of their choosing.
Mug Making Workshop
$110 (plus Eventbrite fees)
This workshop is intended for those that want to try handbuilding with clay while using slabs and templates. The instructor will go step by step with participants in making the body and handle of a mug, then the remainder of the class is spent decorating and personalizing it.
Throwing with Kev for Kids
$60 (plus Eventbrite fees)
Poppy + Pot’s Lead Potter, Kevin Reichenberg, has created a child friendly approach to making pottery on the wheel. This is a two-part workshop! You’ll bring your child for part-one where they'll make a bowl on the wheel and then return on a later date to glaze their piece.
Private Group Class
$110 (per participant)
Our Private Group Classes are a fun curated experience great for birthdays, anniversaries, team building events, or just a new fun activity to try with your friends! Whatever the celebration, come try taking a pottery workshop here at Poppy + Pot!
One-on-One Pottery Workshop
$150
This workshop option is intended for people that want to learn the basics of throwing on the potter's wheel in a more in-depth way than provided with the intro class. Student's will learn the fundamentals of throwing in the first class, then they'll refine and trim their work in part two, and finally they'll return a final time to glaze their pieces.
