Pottery Workshops

$95 (plus Eventbrite fees)

The intro classes are intended for those that want to try throwing pottery on the wheel. No experience necessary. There will be 30ish minutes of demonstration then the instructor will supervise as students make a bowl and then are free to throw another item of their choosing.

Private Group Class

Our Private Group Classes are a fun curated experience great for birthdays, anniversaries, team building events, or just a new fun activity to try with your friends! Whatever the celebration, come try taking a pottery workshop here at Poppy + Pot!

One-on-One Pottery Workshop

$150

This workshop option is a single 2.5 hour class intended for people that have some pottery experience and are looking to improve on specific techniques. We start by discuss which parts of the pottery process you'd like to improve on and then I'll curate the class around that. Whatever it is you'd like to work on, we're here to help!

Kids Pinch Pot Workshop

$50 (plus Eventbrite fees)

Bring your little ones to play in clay with Poppy + Pot’s Lead Potter, Kevin Reichenberg as he demonstrates the pinch pot method of forming pottery. Everyone will start with a ball of clay and use their hands and various other tools to create a cup, mug, or bowl and then personalize it. After forming and decorating, they can then add color to their art using underglazes.

$85 (plus Eventbrite fees)

At this spooky class, you’ll learn to make your very own Cauldron Mug using the pinch pot method! There will be a short demonstration then Kev will supervise as students are given black clay to make their very own mug and decorate it using various tools.
